The Solution:
Simply nominate Sentry Security as the principal keyholder of your premises, and as your principal keyholder, we will dispatch a fully uniformed and trained patrol officer to investigate the cause of the alarm activation.
When we arrive on site, we will carry out a full external patrol looking for any obvious signs of intrusion. We then enter the site and with the information taken from your alarm panel, we patrol and check the premises.
In the case of a break in, we will contact the Gardai, emergency services and repair contractors where necessary. In the case of false alarms, you and your staff will not be disturbed. Any incidents which occur are logged with our 24 hours control room, and a detailed report left on site.
